Adidas Busenitz Vulc II Shoes
A redesigned edition of one of Dennis Busenitz’s signature shoes, these adidas Busenitz Vulc II Shoes have been constructed with core black durable suede uppers, a solar red rubber heel detail and deluxe metallic gold accents which result in a stand out look against a low-cut silhouette that has been engineered to deliver skate performance. The toe vamp has an additional layer of suede for increased longevity and above the cushioned tongue has been made from a combination of mesh and suede with a rectangular woven label that has a metallic gold ‘adidas Busenitz’ logo. On either side of the foot three metallic gold stripes have zigzag edges with capitalised ‘Busenitz’ lettering above which signifies the model and perforation in between for ventilation. Around the back of the heel another flash of metallic gold has been added through a heel wrap which sits above a curved section of solar red rubber which provides protection in a key area above the outsole. For a high level of grip the white outsole has a textured section around the toes and a HexFlex tread pattern underfoot.
First signed to adidas in 2006 USA based team rider Dennis Busenitz continues to bring his own personality and demand for performance to each of his own pro models which are often enhanced by rich colour tones and high grade materials across both low-cut and more classic ‘90s influenced chunky styles. In February 2019 adidas paid homage to the Busenitz pro with a signature colourway and a skate short directed by Chris Mulhern which includes the skater himself and Rodrigo TX.
